iPhone 4 has the highest resolution of any mobile device ( 960 x 640) to be exact. It will also have WiFi N though it's the 2.4GHz version, that's a first on a mobile phone, a front facing VGA camera for video calling ( iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 for now and also its WiFi only ).
It also has the new A4 chip found in the iPad which is good news. No mention on how much ram it has though. It's also bringing the iBooks store to the iPhone :-).

iPhone 4 will ship to 5 countries in late June then 18 more the following month. iOS 4 will be coming along with multitasking (finally) and folders so you can have more apps than ever. It will also have bluetooth support for keyboard which is great news and its coming in 2 flavours like the iPhone 3GS ( 16GB, 32GB White and Black Versions ), I'm sure many of us were hoping for a 64GB version but who knows, Apple might just make it.
